How we simplified tracking across format/devices?

Identifying the Problem-

One of India’s leading education companies wanted to extend their online learning service to other countries. The biggest hurdle for them was ensuring that their partners and affiliates adhere to their quality and security guidelines. They were also facing a challenge with managing different formats of communication (Email, Video, banners). They were unable to track the performance across formats, and to make matters worse, were paying a high cost of attribution They also wanted certain fraud detection and protection methodologies to prevent misuse of their campaigns .

What we did-

We simplified the above problem by implementing our in house mobile tracking platform- Clock. It enabled us to perform real time targeting and serve creatives dynamically basis the user segments. Fraud detection through clock could track every single impression served and thereby improved the quality We also customized clock to integrate with their call center so that the leads could be validated real time.
