Start up Digital Strategy Simplified

Startup Woes-

We were approached by a startup who has created an online market place for insurance across several categories. As a startup their focus was mainly on customer acquisition and increasing their existing conversion rate They wanted the Friday code to design and execute their digital strategy so that they can focus on their core business They also had issues with lead conversion via search and social media. The backend technology was not upto date to support any big campaigns. Finally, and most importantly, they were looking to revamp their online presence, were looking to generate organic search engine traffic through specific content strategies and SEO, and create a social media presence.

Going the Friday code way-

After getting to know their business and vision, we created a road map that would form the basis of our entire online execution strategy. The road map had a clearly defined action plan that would allow them to leverage the internet to not only offer new insurance products and services, but to also capture leads and build the business organically. We started with a complete website revamp. Microsites for different products were created, various on page broken links were repaired and off page content links were created with responsive landing pages. The next step involved leveraging existing database, and creating a specific SEO and content strategy to start building leads and generate revenue. As a result of our initial strategy and implementation, their daily traffic went up to 52000 from a mere 4000, Their revenue increased 2.3X and the lead conversion percentage went up to 3.8%
